What Should You Expect from Your Viewing and Purchasing Session? - Wilmington, Delaware Family Photographer

At Portraits by Ambre we give you a wide selection of images to choose from.  This will include different poses, groupings, and expressions.  It can be a daunting task to go through so many options on your own to pick your favorites.  Many photographers put their images in an on-line gallery for their clients to chose their images and artwork on their own. I often get asked why I don’t do that for my family sessions, and I wanted to share what you can expect from your viewing and purchasing session.  And a few reasons why I choose to do things this way.

After the schedule, when your photos are ready, I will send you a little preview, and we will set up a time to view and pick-out your images and artwork.  We usually do this on Zoom, but in-home viewing sessions can also be arranged.  We start with a slideshow set to music, so you get an overview of all your images.  Then we go through your gallery together to narrow down our very favorite images.  I will guid you with ideas for which packages or artwork will be best for you and your family.  I promise you this will be a pressure free session.  I hate high pressure sales tactic and would never would that to be part of my client experience.

Here are a few reasons why this is a better experience than picking images out on-line:

1. I know picking out images and artwork isn’t easy, and I want to help you.

2.  I want you be be able to enjoy your images and artwork as soon as possible.  Most of us have the tendency to procrastinate on these types of tasks, and I want to get your finished product in your hands.

3.  You will have a professional helping you chose your images and artwork.  As a creative person, I have a good vision of beautiful ways to display your artwork.

4.  I have narrowing down images to a science, and will use my 20 + years in the industry to help you find a selection you will love!

5.  If you have questions about special editing I can answer questions immediately at that time so you can make the best decisions.

6.  Don’t see a package that fits you exactly?  I can create a package that fits your needs on the spot.
